If you have been following the news on this bill and our team, then you know that we and airsoft community oppose this bill. It has already cleared the Senate with a 21 votes in favor and 16 opposed. Please use the widget on the left side of the screen to sign a petition in opposition to senate bill 798. This bill will not solve anything and will only harm the sport. This idea that painting the airsoft guns some bright obnoxious color will help law enforcement determine whether there is an actual threat is flawed as there is such a thing as gun paint, and people do paint their real steel firearms. Please show your support by signing the petition, contacting the assembly members, and letting them know why this bill will not solve anything (please be polite, no one is going to talk you seriously if you are rude).
